How Do Employers View Online Degrees? [INFOGRAPHIC]

Do online college degrees measure up to traditional degrees in the eyes of employers and recruiting agents?

This infographic from Drexel.com shows that they do, provided that 3 essential criteria are in place:

  1. The online program is regionally accredited.
  2. The college has a traditional (“brick and mortar”) campus (as opposed to being online-only).
  3. The college has a well-known, established brand with a good reputation.

    I agree with this! If you are at a school that has a good reputation, they won’t know either way if you took your classes online or in physical class.

    What else does it take for employers and academic leaders to view online degrees and traditional degrees equally?
