Online tutoring allows tutors and students to interact in the comfort of their homes. Studies show that convenience is of paramount importance in promoting meaningful learning; online tutoring enables close to the same level of engagement as in-person instruction. Some would argue that engagement can be greater in an online setting.
Online courses give students the chance to plan their study time around the rest of their day, instead of other time constraints. Students can study and work once they are at their maximum energy, whether that’s morning hours or late evening. Course material is usually accessible online. All of this makes online learning a great option for students who have to balance their work as well as other commitments.

Thank you Rivka for these beautiful infographics. Pointing out the advantages can help them decide how beneficial an online course can be. Some points I wanted to share include:
Timing: If you’re juggling job and family responsibilities, an online course can accommodate your need to earn a degree at your own pace.
Cost: Online education may less expensive when you subtract the cost of travel, commuting, room, board and all the other myriad costs that are associated with a traditional bricks-and-mortar college campus experience. It’s very expensive!
Comfort: There’s a definite advantage to being able to do your coursework in your pajamas or even while cooking dinner.
An online education comes with a lot of advantages. I hope I was able to add to the conversation!
